Maximize your natural beauty

Beauty is free for the most part, and I’m going to prove it. I tend to have a preference for women who have a look that leans towards natural and classic. With that said I’m going to focus on the three main components of natural beauty (hair, body, and skin).

1. Hair

I always had a preference for females with long hair and I wasn’t consciously aware of it until recently. I’ve noticed that the first thing that I see when I look at a woman is her hair and I don’t think that’s unique to me. I think it’s a primitive and natural thing for a man to first focus on a woman’s hair. I believe that this is because hair is a sign of fertility and health.

My analysis of a woman’s hair doesn’t focus on the volume. It only focuses on the length. Once again I don’t think that is unique to me. When I see a woman with long hair down to butt level, it unleashes my hunter instinct. When I see a woman who has chopped her hair short above her shoulders, I don’t even want to talk to her. I’m honest with myself about that, and it’s because I perceive short hair as a sign of laziness and anti-beauty standards.

So how can you take the first step towards maximizing your beauty? Start growing your hair today and don’t cut it. Don’t cut your hair until it reaches the midpoint of your back. Don’t worry about split ends; we can’t tell if you have split ends. Most of us men don’t even know what a split end really is. And don’t listen to your female friends when they try to encourage you to cut your hair. They are just trying to prevent you from increasing your beauty above theirs.

2. Body

Achieving a body that denotes good health is the easiest step. The only thing that you need to do is not be overweight. It’s that simple.

Step 1: Don’t eat take-out food so frequently. Instead, learn how to cook some good healthy meals at home. You and your future husband can thank me later.

Step 2: Disengage from the nightlife. Instead, learn how to get a good nights rest every night (8-10 hours). The nightlife will age you faster than smoking. You will put on a lot of unwanted weight in your mid-section. Also, your future husband will not be found in a dimly lit nightclub with moldy walls and skanky women dressed in skimpy outfits.

Step 3: Maintain your feminine figure by NOT weight lifting. Instead, do light cardio, hot yoga and swimming. Programs such as cross fit promise rapid weight loss and that may be the case. However, weight lifting changes the figure of a woman’s body in a negative way; in the sense that her body figure will begin to look like a teenage boys body with little bulging shoulders and biceps. At the end of the day if a woman has to train in an intensive way to maintain a somewhat healthy looking body figure, then it’s a bad sign. Why? Because she will not be able to maintain this level of training over the long term especially after she gives birth.

So follow these three steps, and you will be on the correct path to achieving a desirable body that indicates a superior level of health which can be passed down to potential children.

3. Skin

The first thing is to stop wearing makeup entirely. I’ve met very few women in my life who are genetically ugly, but I’m going to share a secret with you. Makeup was designed to make you temporarily prettier and permanently uglier so that you continue to buy it and use it. That’s how business works. They create the problem, and then they provide you with some type of temporary solution to the problem that they created in the first place. As long as you keep forking over your money, they’ll continue to create problems and temporary solutions that actually make your original problem worse.

I’ll share a second secret with you. I have never met a man in my life who said: “I wish that she would wear more makeup.”

So what can you do to have naturally soft porcelain looking skin? Throw all of your makeup (with the exception of lipstick) in the trash bin today. Now go to the supermarket and buy yourself one bottle of Cetaphil and one container of coconut oil. Cetaphil to cleanse your skin, and coconut oil to moisturize. You can also use coconut oil for weight loss, hair conditioning and oral health. Follow the simple steps above, and you will have soft, silky, porcelain looking skin in no time.

I firmly believe that if you follow my advice, you will begin to notice the benefits within a short time frame.

2.身体

拥有一个健康的身体是最简单的一步,你唯一需要做的就是不要超重,就这么简单。

第一步:不要经常吃外卖食品。相反,学习如何在家做一些健康的食物。你和未来的丈夫会感谢我的。

第二步:远离夜生活。要保证每晚8-10 小时的睡眠。夜生活比吸烟更容易使你衰老。你的腹部会增加很多多余的脂肪。而且你未来的丈夫也不会出现在灯光昏暗,墙壁发霉,小妞出没的夜场里。

第三步:不要举铁,保持你的女性身材。你可以做一些有氧运动,瑜伽和有用。想综合训练这种能减肥的锻炼。然而,举铁以一种消极的方式改变了女性的身材,从某种意义上说,她的身材会开始看起来像个十几岁男孩的身体,肩膀和胳膊鼓鼓的。在一天结束之前,如果一个女人必须进行高强度的训练来保持健康的身材,那这是一个不好的信号。为什么?因为她无法长期保持这种水平的训练,尤其是生完孩子之后。

因此,遵循这三步,你就会走上正确的道路,获得一个理想的身体,这表明健康水平更高,可以遗传给将来的孩子。

3.皮肤

首先是停止化妆。我在生活中很少遇到天生就丑陋的女人,我要和你分享一个秘密,化妆的目的就是让你暂时看起来很漂亮,但慢慢地变丑,这样你就会一直购买使用化妆品。这就是生意,他们创造了问题然后为你提供暂时的解决方案。只要你持续交钱,他们就会继续制造问题和临时方案,实际上这只会让你本来的问题更糟糕。
