Ian’s PERFECT burger.

Ingredients:

1.Butter
2.Cheese
3.Bacon
4.Eggs
5.Tomato
6.Onion
7.Minced beef
8.Ketchup
9.Mayonnaise
10.Garlic
11.Salt
12.Black pepper
13.Cumin
14.Buns
15.Olive oil

Cooking:

Step #1: Cut open a bun and add some butter to both sides.
Step #2: Chop 4 cloves of garlic.
Step #3: Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Step #4: Add the chopped garlic into the bowl and mix.
Step #5: Take a half pound of minced beef and add salt, black pepper, and cumin.
Step #6: Put the patty in a pan with olive oil. Cook it on medium heat with the pan covered.
Step #7: When the patty is cooked, slap a piece of cheese on it. Let it melt in the pan for a minute.
Step #8: Put the patty on the bottom bun and add some of the ketchup mixture on top of the cheese.
Step #9: Slice a tomato and an onion. Fry them in the pan for 2 minutes.
Step #10: Put the tomato on the burger first and the onions second.
Step #11: Fry an egg and place it on top of the onions.
Step #13: Cook 3 strips of bacon on medium-high heat and place them on top of the egg.
Step #14: Slap another piece of cheese on the burger.
Step #15: Add the top bun and it’s finished.

番茄酱

蛋黄酱

面包

橄榄油

烹饪

切开面包,在面包两面涂上黄油。

切四瓣大蒜。

把番茄酱和蛋黄酱混在碗里。

把切碎的大蒜放入碗中搅拌

取半磅切碎的牛肉,放盐,黑胡椒和孜然。

把肉饼和橄榄油一起放到平底锅里。用中火加热,盖上锅盖。

肉饼做好后,在上面放一块奶酪,让它在锅里融化一分钟。

把肉饼放在底部的小圆面包上,在奶酪上面加一些番茄酱。

切一个西红柿和一个洋葱,在锅里煎两分钟。

先放番茄在汉堡上,然后是洋葱。

煎一个鸡蛋,放在洋葱上。

用中火煎三条培根,然后放在鸡蛋上面。

在汉堡上再放一片奶酪。

把上面的面包放上去。
