Build a body like a caveman hunter in forty minutes.

The main message that I want to convey when I meet anyone for the first time is strength and power. For this reason, I’ve never been concerned with having six-pack abs. Six-pack abs convey aesthetic appeal when given the opportunity to take your shirt off (at the beach or in the bedroom), but they don’t convey any message when you’re wearing a shirt.

I like to convey a strong message while fully clothed. Therefore I focus on increasing the size of the muscles that can be seen while wearing a shirt (shoulders, chest, back, biceps, and triceps). So let’s get started, why do these specific muscles matter and how do they give you a caveman hunter appeal?

1.Shoulders: Wide shoulders are associated with dominance, and most females find this to be the most attractive feature on men. Look at any picture of a caveman hunter, and the first thing that you’ll notice is his broad shoulders.

2.Chest: A chest with an armor plating look gives you the appearance of a medieval warrior. What’s the first word that comes to your mind when you think of a medieval warrior? I know what word comes to my mind. Honour. I don’t know a single man who wouldn’t want to convey that message. Now think of a hunter trying to spear an animal. He must have great power in his shoulders and chest to throw a spear with enough force to knock a large animal down to its knees.

3.Back: A strong and thick back will ensure that your shoulders always remain upright. Devoting time to developing your lats will give you the visual appearance of strength. Even when you’re weak, you’ll still look strong and capable. It was a necessity for cavemen hunters to develop thick and strong backs in order to intimidate predatory animals, and/or keep them at a distance. However, the main purpose of developing this muscle group was to carry speared animals back to the cave hole.

4.Biceps and triceps: These muscles are like the cherry on top of the cake. Any exercise or activity that mainly focuses on building your chest, back or shoulder strength will have a secondary function also to develop your biceps and triceps. The development of these muscles come naturally when you focus on the larger muscle groups. When your biceps/triceps begin to build, they will convey the message of youth and sex appeal.

Below are my five recommended exercises to get closer to a caveman hunter look in 40 minutes.

Note: Devote yourself to these exercises at least 3 – 4 times a week for 40 minutes at a time. Lift as much as you can, as heavy as you can. Remember that injuries are inevitable for anyone who is committed to self-improvement and change. At last, I would say to eat everything that you want to eat granted that you’re putting in the correct amount of work in the weight room. You’re not competing for Mr.Olympia. Your goal is to develop a caveman hunter outward appearance, and with that, your demeanor will begin to change in a way that will entice the most feminine women.

5 workouts in 40 minutes (3-4 times a week):

  1. Workout 1: Flat bench press for your chest
  2. Workout 2: Incline bench press for your upper chest
  3. Workout 3: Lat pull down for your back
  4. Workout 4: Military press for your shoulders
  5. Workout 5: Bicep curls for your biceps

If you follow my advice in this article, then you will become noticeably bigger and stronger in 3-4 months. You will also begin to move slower because of the increased muscle mass. Don’t mistaken this for a bad thing, in fact, it’s quite the opposite. Your slower movements (due to your increased size) will convey an aura of calmness, confidence and power similar to the caveman hunter.

注意:每周至少做3-4次以上,每次40分钟,尽你所能的发力。记住,对于任何致力于改变自我的锻炼来说,伤害都是不可避免的。最后我要说的是,如果你在健身房练得足够,就想吃什么吃什么吧。你不是要参加奥林匹克健美大赛,而是要锻炼出强壮的身体,这样你的举止仪态就会开始改变,变得更吸引女性。

二头肌训练

如果你遵循我的建议,那么你将在3-4个月内看到明显的变化。由于肌肉量的增加,你的灵活性可能会有些下降,不要觉得这是件坏事,事实上恰恰相反。缓慢的动作会给人一种平静,自信和力量的感觉。
